CallEye

No hardware · no extra line

Your team’s phoning, finally measurable

Your agents call from their own phones. CallEye hands them the list, records the real duration of every call, the outcome, the note and the callback — and finally gives you numbers you can decide on.

No credit card. $69 / month + $23.50 per phone after that.

What actually changes

Excel files doing the rounds

One list, de-duplicated, assigned

Nobody knows who called whom

Every call timestamped, with its agent

“How long were you on the phone?”

The real duration, measured by the phone

Callbacks forgotten on sticky notes

The callback surfaces on its own, on the day

How it works

Four steps. The first takes five minutes, the rest are the team’s daily work.

1

Import your file

CSV or Excel. CallEye detects the columns, puts numbers into international format, and drops duplicates and invalid numbers — telling you exactly why each row was rejected.

2

Assign the list to your agents

An agent can work several lists, and a list can be shared between several agents. Nobody calls the same contact twice: the record is reserved for the length of the call.

3

The agent calls from their phone

They open the app, pick their list and tap “Call”. The call goes out on their own line. On the way back they record the outcome, a note, and schedule a callback if needed.

4

You look at the numbers

Call volume, answer rate, real average duration, wrap-up time, outcomes by agent and by list, and the hours when people actually pick up.

What CallEye does

Real duration, not declared

CallEye reads the phone state to measure the conversation itself. When measurement is not possible the duration is estimated — and flagged as such, never mixed into the real average.

An import that loses nothing

Numbers mangled into scientific notation by Excel, two numbers in one cell, 00 or + prefixes, column headers in French, English or Arabic: all handled, and the rejection report is downloadable.

Callbacks that surface themselves

A callback set for Tuesday 10am appears at the top of the agent’s queue on Tuesday at 10am. No searching, nothing forgotten.

Works without a network

In a basement or on the road, the agent keeps calling. Everything is stored on the phone and synced when the network returns.

Per-agent statistics

Calls, answer rate, average duration, wrap-up time, outcomes, callbacks kept. By agent, by list, by hour of the day.

Usage-based billing

You pay for the phones that are actually active. An agent added mid-month is billed pro rata; a deactivated agent stops being billed the same day.

Pricing

One account licence, then one seat per phone. No tiers, no commitment.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need hardware or a phone line?+

No. Agents call from their own phone on their own plan. CallEye does not route the calls: it triggers them and measures them.

Are calls recorded?+

No. Android does not let a third-party app record a call placed over the carrier network — that is a system restriction, not a choice of ours. CallEye records the duration, the outcome and the note, not the audio.

What happens if an agent has no network?+

They keep working normally. Calls and outcomes are stored on the phone and sent as soon as the connection is back.

Can an agent see their colleagues’ numbers?+

No. The app only shows an agent their own statistics. Comparison between agents exists only in the manager’s dashboard.

What happens to an agent I deactivate?+

They lose access to the app immediately and their seat stops being billed the same day. Their call history is kept for your statistics.

Which phones does it work on?+

Android 10 and above. An iOS version is planned, with less precise duration measurement.
